Loading ...This must be the funniest neighbours dispute i’ve ever seen.
Mark Easton from Utah complained in the city hall about his neighbour’s house being 50cm taller than what the law foresees, and used the excuse of blocking the view to the mountains.
His neighbour had to resize the house, but few days later the City Hall received another complaint, about some new vents Mark didnt really appreciate…
haha, jerk deserved that. I hope they didnt make the neighbor take the window down. What asshole goes around trying to find things about their neighbours to complain about? 50 cm? how is that even fucking noticeable? Asshole must have had a vendetta.
Why doesnt the guy just move out into the wilderness all by his lonesome?
I think I’d be very tempted to use a similar window as well,
those people had to spend a lot of $$ to change that house.

This story has been around for a long time might want to read the original one properly – and they’re vents, not windows.

I read the whole story about this awhile ago, the window was called abstract art of a cactus… so if I am not mistaken it is still there…

i lived in utah and there are a lot of horses ass live in utah nice country but ugly people .
Mark Easton is a good guy. The neighbors are the animals who play their music too loud at all hours, never take their trash barrels in, leave three broken down cars in their yard and never clean up their trash.
I live in Utah and I saw when this story was all over the state news (not in same town I live in) and the guy did not have to take it down but I think he did eventually on his own take it down but not sure on that but that neighbor got what was coming to him….I mean shit he just had to higher his frickin balcony to see the mountain view and how did he know if that guy was higher then suppose to did he sneak over there with a ladder and measure it himself? I think I would have done more then just put a cactus window in I would have made it fling shit at the guys house lol

The guy claimed it was a cactus and was ordered to take it down or be fined for obscenity. The neighbor actually is a jerk to all his neighbors and nobody really likes him.
