Airplanes

A day of air traffic in just 72 seconds

Have you ever wondered how many airplanes are in the sky right now? I did, and i sure know they’re a lot, but it’s strange to see all the commercial flights of one day in just 72 seconds. It sure doesn’t seem very useful to anything but it’s cool to look at.
This simulation video was done by a group of scientists from Zurich School of Applied Sciences that were quite surprised with how easy it was doing it and why nobody did it beforehand.

  1. Seems impossible… seems like we are trading people! At least, everyone flies everywhere…Do you imagine if we just receive people and no one leaves? Total Chaos…
