This dude got nothing better to do on that rainy day so he splash the hell out of some kids at a bus stop. I think we’ve all got ideas like that but we just dont put them into practice.. You must be a little f**** up in the head for enjoying that much a sadistic prank like this.
If i was one of these kids getting soaked, i’d probably grow up to be a serial killer
